That’s me as a baby – born December 22, 1965.

I often show pictures of me wrestling because it was the greatest training ground for the political arena.

Think about it — this guy was much bigger than me — and yet I was able to do this:

That’s exactly what we’ve been doing in the political arena for 25 years — facing off against foes that were many times more powerful than we were.

And yet, we stood up to them time and time and time again:

As I reflect on this important day, I am especially thankful for the love and support from my family — it hasn’t been easy for them:

I am so grateful to all of you for all your prayers, love, and support over the past 25 years.

When I ran for Governor, I had some experiences with Riley that I will cherish forever:

“Find what you love to do and you’ll never work a day in your life.” 

I’ve been fortunate to have found that love. 

I feel like this every single day — I really do:

You will never meet a happier warrior.

I urge you to do the best you can to support my legal defense fund so Richard can appeal this absurd ruling.

Together, we will make sure this never happens to anyone else ever again.
