Democrats prove tax obsessed – 51 billion reasons they cannot be trusted

          I ask you — RIGHT NOW — to email this, or something like this to legislators:

“I strongly oppose all of the Governor’s tax raising schemes (HB 1549, HB 1550, HB 1555, HB 1730 and HB 1926).  You cannot tax us to prosperity.  There’s no way that raising taxes $51.2 billion is good for taxpayers or good for the state’s economy.  First of all, we’re already overtaxed, especially after Sound Transit’s $54 billion pig-out.  Second, in election after election, we’ve shown that nearly 2/3 of voters oppose higher taxes.  And finally, there’s no way our state’s economy can withstand massive job-killing tax increases.  Huge new taxes will only spur businesses to relocate and leave our state.  If you massively raise taxes, you will only inspire a tax revolt that will not end well for governments or the politicians who represent them.”
