Eyman: “We Can Have Both COVID And The Constitution.”
Eyman: “We showed that COVID and the Constitution can co-exist.
“Unlike Jay Inslee, I know we can have both liberty and safety.”
Safety wasn’t sacrificed exercising 1st Amendment and defending the 2nd Amendment.
Folks from all over Washington drove to Bellevue’s Wal-Mart today.
They came to purchase essential items at the store.
But outside its’ entrance between 11am and 1pm, people got something even more essential: hope.
We showed that COVID and the Constitution can co-exist.
Notice all the precautions — the gloves, the social distancing, hand-sanitizer, etc.
Here’s Marcus signing that petition. He drove down from Marysville to TELL JAY INSLEE THAT GUN STORES ARE ESSENTIAL.
Safety wasn’t sacrificed exercising the 1st Amendment while defending the 2nd Amendment.
Here’s Bill and Alice from Shelton (notice she’s 6+ feet away). They traveled 3 hours round-trip to exercise their rights:
It was one person at a time at the table.
Traveling from Kirkland, here’s Jarrod and his daughter Evelyn (go Cougs!). After signing, they wanted a picture with me and we made that work:
After signing, some supporters asked for selfies with me — we made that work too.
Here’s Jay Stark from Tukwila:
And the media and I ended up interacting appropriately (that’s KING, KOMO, and KIRO, I believe):
I ask you to do 2 things:
1) If you support my efforts to fight for voters, please donate $30 (or hopefully more) to my campaign. I need your help to save Washington from 4 more years of Jay Inslee.
2) Forward/share today’s update with friends, family, and co-workers. Help us get the word out. Make sure to send them this “one page” about my race for Governor. Invite them to join our team.
I make you this promise: support me in this effort and I’ll give you a race for Governor like you’ve never seen before.
I love you all.
