On Friday Is Court Hearing On Our Legal Challenge To Inslee’s Emergency Proclamations
Riley and I are honored to be part of the Culp for Governor team.
Helping promote Loren is a real pleasure — he’s a really good guy and we’re all lucky to have him going up against Jay Inslee this November.
The two of us are having a great time — Riley is amazing:
Recreating our “hands up” moment when the $30 Tabs Initiative passed last year (Inslee blocked our $30 Tabs because “voters were confused”):
We both really enjoy getting pictures with old and new friends:

OUR LAWSUIT ASKS THE COURT TO DECLARE INSLEE’S ENDLESS EMERGENCY PROCLAMATIONS UNCONSTITUTIONAL
When we went to federal court, the judge eventually ruled that we needed to file our challenge in state court.
When we went to the state supreme court, they eventually ruled it needed to be filed in state court.
So we did exactly what they said to do, we filed our legal challenge in state court.
Join us this Friday, Sept 25, 9am, Thurston County Superior Court, 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW Bldg 2.
Our lawsuit asks the court to declare Inslee’s endless emergency proclamations unconstitutional.
We want the same ruling that recently came out of Pennsylvania:
From that ruling:
Let’s pray that attorney Stephen Pidgeon can say this same thing on Friday about Washington state:
Attorney Stephen Pidgeon has done an amazing job — please donate to this legal fund so he’s paid for his Herculean efforts. Donate by credit card through GoFundMe:
(IMPORTANT: when using GoFundMe, it asks for a 10% tip — you can set it to “Other” and enter 0% if you’d prefer).
I really need your help to survive AG Bob Ferguson’s investigation / litigation / persecution of me and my family. The only reason we’re still here is thanks to the heartfelt prayers and generous support from friends like you.
Please help with that (BACKGROUND: TimDefense.com):

In addition, we worked really hard on our $30 Tabs Initiative.
We got I-976 qualified, passed, and upheld by that King County Judge (it’s still on hold because of the AG’s sabotage). Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund and loaned $500K to kickstart its signature drive.
We’re asking folks to donate so we can get paid back. Please help with that:
