SHORT VIDEO CLIP: What I said on election night is so important for you to hear

Please watch this short clip from election night:

I am so grateful for everyone’s help and support as I’ve run for Governor. As I said in the video, there was never a moment where I didn’t love it.

The battles we initiated during my campaign — defending our vote for $30 Tabs despite the AG’s sabotage, the Sue Inslee lawsuits (Mask Mandate, Open Schools, and others), the initiative banning Facial Recognition Technology, the Recall of Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan, and others — are moving full steam ahead.

We must — and I will — always stay on Permanent Offense.

I will be making a big announcement in the coming days about a new effort that you’re really going to get excited about. Stay tuned.

And I will continue to need your help to survive AG Bob Ferguson’s investigation / litigation / persecution of me and my family.

My attorney — former supreme court justice Richard Sanders — has been doing a great job defending me. The trial was originally set for Nov 2018. Then the AG got it delayed to July 2020. And it was delayed again to Nov 16, 2020.

With unlimited resources, Ferguson has spent more taxpayer money on this case then all other campaign reporting cases over the past 7 years combined!

The only reason we’ve survived is thanks to all of you. Your heartfelt prayers, your generous support, your love and friendship. I will be forever grateful to have so many people in our corner.

In addition, we worked really hard on our $30 Tabs Initiative.

We got I-976 qualified, passed, and upheld by that King County Judge (it’s still on hold because of the AG’s sabotage). Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund and loaned $500K to kickstart its signature drive (

We’re asking folks to donate so we can get paid back. Please help with that:
