UPDATE: Report On Friday’s Hearing On Our Lawsuit Challenging Inslee’s Emergency Proclamations

by | Sep 28, 2020

You know the old saying: the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Well, I’m very squeaky.

At Friday’s hearing in Judge Chris Lanese’ courtroom, I was joined by enthusiastic supporters who showed up to back me up. And by having their cell phones held up to record my exchange with the judge, we got the outcome we wanted.

I stood up and asked the judge why oral argument wasn’t happening. He told me it was inappropriate for me to ask the question. I persevered and asked again:

After our exchange, he agreed to delay the hearing until October 16th so that attorney Stephen Pidgeon could do oral argument — I left a note with the bailiff to give to the judge after he left the chambers:

There is strength in numbers. So grateful to Myrna Lee and all the others for showing up — the outcome would’ve been different if I’d been in that courtroom alone.

Attorney Stephen Pidgeon has done an amazing job — please donate to this legal fund so he’s paid for his Herculean efforts. Donate by credit card through GoFundMe:

Thanks.

I really need your help to survive AG Bob Ferguson’s investigation / litigation / persecution of me and my family. The only reason we’re still here is thanks to the heartfelt prayers and generous support from friends like you.

In addition, we worked really hard on our $30 Tabs Initiative.

We got I-976 qualified, passed, and upheld by that King County Judge (it’s still on hold because of the AG’s sabotage). Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund and loaned $500K to kickstart its signature drive.

We’re asking folks to donate so we can get paid back. Please help with that:

Thanks everyone.

I love you all.
