Wed, 11am-2pm, join me at rally for $30 Tabs Initiative at Pierce County Annex

 The passion and energy for our new $30 Tabs Initiative is embraced by folks across the state but there’s white-hot support in Pierce County.  Voters everywhere are furious about skyrocketing car tab taxes but the folks in Pierce County are particularly incensed.  They rejected ST3 by a 10 point margin but they’re still being forced to pay higher sales taxes, property taxes, and car tab taxes for something they didn’t want. 

      More than anyone, Pierce County voters want $30 tabs and they want to stick it to Sound Transit. 

      So this Wednesday, Aug 16th from 11am-2pm, please join me at the Pierce County Annex where folks go to renew their car tabs (2401 S 35th St, Tacoma, https://www.co.pierce.wa.us/Facilities/Facility/Details/35 ) to rally for our $30 Tabs Initiative.  While there, you can sign a petition, pick up petitions, and help me collect signatures from the folks who are renewing their car tabs at the Annex.  It’ll be a great opportunity for me to meet you and thank you in person for helping us with this incredibly popular initiative.  I’ll also be there to answer questions.  This rally is more like an open-house-meet-and-greet:  you don’t have to stay all 3 hours, just come by anytime between 11am-2pm on Wednesday.  Love to see you there.
