UPDATE ON OUR LAWSUIT CHALLENGING INSLEE’S TAKEOVER OF OUR GOVERNMENT (THE MASK MANDATE, DECLARING CERTAIN BUSINESSES NON-ESSENTIAL, SCHOOL LOCKDOWN, ETC).
My efforts to get us oral argument for our lawsuit were successful (https://permanentoffense.com/update-report-on-fridays-hearing-on-our-lawsuit-challenging-inslees-emergency-proclamations/)
So let’s pack the courtroom next Friday (Fri, Oct 16, 9am, Thurston County Superior Court, 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW, Judge Lanese courtroom is on the 2nd floor). Arrive early to give yourself time to get through security and get a seat.
As Q13’s Brandi Kruse pointed out in the Governor’s debate (Loren did awesome!), Inslee has imposing unilateral mandates for 7 months.
That’s 7 months where Washington state hasn’t had a constitutional republic — it’s been one-man rule.
Our lawsuit asks our Court to rule the same way Michigan’s did last week. From their unanimous ruling:
… the Governor’s actions “violate the Constitution because they delegate to the executive branch the legislative powers of state government — including its plenary police powers — and to allow the exercise of such powers indefinitely.”
Do you know what the word “plenary” means?
plenary ADJECTIVE, unqualified; absolute. synonyms: unconditional, unlimited, unrestricted, unqualified.
For 7 months, Inslee has had unconditional, unlimited, unrestricted power.
And with that absolute power, he has imposed over 500 emergency proclamations (the mask mandate, declaring businesses non-essential, school lockdown, etc),
Our Constitution — our entire system of government — guarantees there be checks and balances.
Our lawsuit asks the Court to reestablish those check and balances. Join us next Friday.

In addition, we worked really hard on our $30 Tabs Initiative.
We got I-976 qualified, passed, and upheld by that King County Judge (it’s still on hold because of the AG’s sabotage). Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund and loaned $500K to kickstart its signature drive.
We’re asking folks to donate so we can get paid back. Please help with that:
