Everything I’ve ever earned in my lifetime is gone.

All the money I received from friends and family over the past 9 years to defend myself against the AG is gone.

But I actually feel very lucky.

Because when other attorneys shied away from taking on Ferguson, Richard Sanders never hesitated and dove in.

I’m incredibly fortunate to be represented by such a courageous man who has fought back — HARD — against an overwhelming litigation onslaught.

Bob Ferguson has had unlimited government resources to use: he spent $2.9 million going after me, my wife, my kids, and my supporters. 

In stark contrast, Richard Sanders’ law firm is owed $350K for defending me through trial and continues to follow through with my appeal.

But Richard persevered because he believes the AG’s case is fundamentally flawed and he refuses to let it stand.
