How vindictive is this prosecution? The AG blocked me from getting free legal help. This court filing explains how they did it.
Thurs, April 21, 2022
Your prayers and moral support are needed and appreciated today. I owe Richard Sanders’ law firm nearly $500,000 for defending me and appealing this ridiculously unconstitutional ruling.

But what I’ve never reported before is that I was offered free legal help from a public interest law firm who offers top notch pro bono attorneys to defend people whose First Amendment and free speech rights are attacked by the government.
And the AG blocked it.
This brief was filed in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals by the Institute for Free Speech as they fight for their right to represent me (in the meantime, Richard Sanders and his team are doing a phenomenal job with my appeal).
It vividly illustrates how vindictive this prosecution is (click on this image to read it):

Why is Ferguson working so hard to shut us down?
This …

And this …

And this …

And this …

And this …

With your help, I will continue to fight for the people w/ initiatives in Washington and other states, w/ lawsuits, w/ lobbying legislators, and w/ helping elect more freedom-loving elected officials.

Thank you for supporting me and being in my corner so I can continue to do what I was born to do.
I love you all.
Tim

As you know, we worked really hard on our $30 Tabs Initiative:

We got Initiative 976 qualified and passed.
Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund to kickstart its signature drive:
Eyman risk $500K of his own money to fund car-tab initiative — Thursday, May 10, 2018
I’m still fighting to get us our $30 Tabs:

And now a message from Larry Jensen & Sid Maietto:
We’re asking folks to donate to our PAC so we can keep fighting for taxpayers with initiatives sponsored by the three of us (Tim, Sid, & Larry).
The taxpayers of Washington need our help now more than ever. Donate to our political committee so we can keep fighting for you:
