I owe my attorney Richard Sanders $305K.

We came to an agreement that he’ll file the notice of appeal only if I pay him $75K of that.

Here’s how much I have in the bank:

The bottom account balance is my legal defense fund.

The top account balance is the money I have to live on.

That’s all there is.

After a small deposit today, I will be transferring $35K to Richard’s firm.

I NEED TO RAISE MORE.

My notice of appeal must be filed no later than July 14th or else the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional rulings stand FOREVER.

Since filing for bankruptcy protection in November 2018 — that’s nearly 2 1/2 years ago — I’ve had to focus on raising money for my legal defense fund to fight back against Ferguson’s legal onslaught. On Friday, he’s gonna have 3 of his goons grilling Karen in a 4 hour deposition. Why? Supposedly to ask about my child support payments to her. He’s already got the bank statements showing them but he’s gonna put her through the meat grinder anyway.

Why?

Not to learn anything he doesn’t already know.

It’s because he has unlimited power, unlimited resources, and he’s hell-bent to do whatever it takes to destroy me and stop us from doing what we’ve been doing so successfully together for 22 years:
