Bob Ferguson is desperate to get the state supreme court to block the vote on the Democrats’ $3.9 Cap & Trade bill. Read what I filed with the state supreme court on Friday – I really want your feedback.

Bob Ferguson is desperately trying to keep secret the Democrats’ $3.9 billion Cap & Trade bill.

He doesn’t want the public to know how legislators voted on the bill.

He doesn’t want to let the public to know how much it’ll cost.

He doesn’t want the people to express their opinion on it.

He doesn’t want the voters to vote on it.

But providing that information to the public and requiring a public vote is the law and Bob Ferguson should be required to follow it.

That’s what Eyman v Ferguson is all about.

Judge Dixon sided with me and against the AG last Friday.

When the judge granted my requested TRO to ensure the voters pamphlets and ballots included a public vote on this bill, Bob Ferguson went absolutely ballistic.

He filed a blizzard of motions in lower court, but also a huge Motion with the state supreme court begging them to overrule Dixon’s ruling and block the public vote on this.

I was given the chance to answer.

Normally for a motion like this, you’re guaranteed 10 days to write and file your response allowing you enough time to thoroughly research the issues and provide a thorough reply brief.

Up against a legion of taxpayer funded lawyers with unlimited resources, I had one day!

I’m not an attorney, but I nonetheless did the best I could to explain why Bob Ferguson’s obsession with hiding this tax increase from the public is illegal and why they shouldn’t let him get away with it.

I urge you to read what I filed with the state supreme court on Friday (click on this image to pull it up):

If that doesn’t work, try clicking here or here: https://permanentoffense.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Eymans-Answer-To-AG-State-Supreme-Court.pdf

I’d really appreciate your feedback.

No doubt there will be other filings I will need to do in the coming days so your input on this one will really help me.

It’s clear that Ferguson is furious that despite all he’s done to me, I’m still fighting for our initiatives and for the people’s right to vote.

Please — I urge you to donate to my legal defense fund today so I can appeal the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional restrictions on my future political activity:
