FINAL DAYS FOR APPEAL

Attorney Richard Sanders filed my Notice of Appeal on Thurs, July 15th. 

I paid his firm $35,000 ($25K from my legal defense fund and $10K from my personal account — it drained me dry).

I still owe $270,000 (and counting) to his firm for defending me.

Now, this Friday, he must file the “Statement of Grounds for Direct Review.” It’s a legal brief that justifies the Supreme Court taking jurisdiction of the appeal.

It’s a critical filing.

Without it, the Notice of Appeal has no effect.

Without it, Bob Ferguson wins by default.
