It was just peachy in Georgia – my report on our Election Integrity Init’s in 7 swing states. ALSO, HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON WA’s NO INCOME TAX INITIATIVE
HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT NEXT WEEK ON OUR “NO TAXES ON PERSONAL INCOME INITIATIVE” — STAY TUNED.
Fri, Sept 17, 2021
First, I announced the launch of Michigan’s initiative.
Then, it was our launch of Washington’s No Taxes on Personal Income Initiative.
Then, I talked about my trip to Florida this week where we did non-stop meetings strategizing on Election Integrity Initiatives in 7 key swing states.
And now, here’s my report on our teams’ efforts in the peachy state of Georgia:
We were there to celebrate the victory we had earlier this year helping to legislatively pass into law the Georgia Election Integrity Act of 2021 (Biden hates it so you know it’s gotta be good):
And we were in Georgia to launch our Election Integrity petition drive. It generated a lot of media coverage (one of my roles is helping with that — as you can see, mission accomplished!):
It was a real thrill to have Georgia’s Secretary of State be the first signer:
Huge banner, supersized petition on an easel, Let The Voters Decide t-shirt — where did those ideas come from? )
That makes sense.
But predictably and comically, Georgia’s ACLU spoke out against our effort saying it “undermines confidence in our democracy.”
That’s nuts.
And so is this:
Our efforts are all about reestablishing voter confidence in elections by instituting common sense policies to make sure valid votes count, and invalid votes don’t.
And it’s about letting the voters decide:
Gosh, that shirt sure looks familiar. Oh ya, I remember now:
I’m very excited to be part of this team — they’re smart, experienced, committed people:
We’re working really hard to help make these Election Integrity Initiatives a reality in 7 key swing states. They not only institute these reforms, but they also help voters reject anti-reform politicians in 2022 and they ensure in future elections, especially the presidential election in 2024, that valid votes count, and invalid votes don’t.
I won’t be making any money helping these election integrity initiatives (because of WA’s AG).
My focus is on getting this ridiculously unconstitutional ruling overturned.
So all I’m urging you to do — while I’m fighting to help our state and our nation with my initiative efforts — is to help me fight back against Fascist Fergie by donating to my legal defense fund.
I’m very grateful for all the prayers and support of thousands of you who helped me and my family survive this blatant abuse of power by the AG.
Please donate TODAY so I can pay Richard Sanders to appeal these ridiculously unconstitutional restrictions:

Don’t let the guy who robbed us of our $30 tabs get away with this:
As you know, we worked really hard on Initiative 976:
Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund to kick-start its signature drive:
And now, a message from Sid Maietto and Larry Jensen:
We’re asking folks to donate to our PAC so Tim can get paid back (and live and survive) and to help stop Inslee’s Income Tax and Carbon Tax Schemes with the initiatives we’re co-sponsoring with Tim.
The taxpayers of Washington need our help now more than ever. Donate to our political committee so we can keep fighting for you:
Mail your check — made payable to “Permanent Offense” — to: Permanent Offense, PO Box 6151, Olympia, WA, 98507

Kindest Regards,
