My lawsuit against Inslee for his abuse of power is just the tip of the iceberg.

Just before leaving Olympia yesterday, I posted this:

After I filed it and got it stamped, I was assigned a case number (you can see and read the officially stamped and filed copy here).

Then I was notified which judge was assigned to it (they rotate who gets them).

In a great twist of irony, Eyman v Inslee was randomly assigned to the same judge who ruled against Inslee (and his attorney Bob Ferguson) on his partial vetoes in 2019.

And remember, that judge’s ruling was affirmed by the state supreme court just last week.

My favorite part of the Complaint, besides stopping these destructive policies, was highlighting this:

“Attorney General Bob Ferguson, who would represent the Legislature in any legal challenge to these bills, is a proponent of these destructive policies, is an ally of Governor Inslee, and wishes to be Governor in the future. Bob Ferguson would not vigorously challenge the Governor’s unconstitutional actions due to Mr. Ferguson’s obvious conflict-of-interest and his own political self-interest. Finally, Mr. Ferguson’s opposition to Initiative Measure No. 976 and his subsequent failure to vigorously defend this voter-approved initiative (no motion to change venue, no affidavit of the judge, no motion for reconsideration before appealing the TRO, responding ‘I don’t know’ when asked by the judge what I-976’s section 12 did, celebrating the court’s rejection of it), instills zero confidence in this Attorney General. For these reasons and others, I am bringing forth this legal challenge.”

I forgot to include the fact that Fascist Fergie purposely filed his briefs late (which really undercut our case at the trial court level).

And, even more significantly, he sabotaged our $30 Tabs Initiative by assigning a ballot title the supreme court ruled was “deceptive and misleading” which was their stated reason for striking down our initiative.

For over 600 days, Fascist Fergie has been defending Inslee’s one-man rule — why should anyone believe he’d ever vigorously challenge Inslee’s abuse of power here?

And it’s been 204 days since Inslee issued his partial vetoes and no one — certainly not Fascist Fergie — has filed a lawsuit challenging his unconstitutional actions.

I decided to challenge them because no one else did or would.

And I did it even though Ferguson’s persecution of me and my family has drained me dry — everything I’ve ever earned in my lifetime is gone.

But I’m not letting that slow me down.

He’s only inspired me to work harder.

Besides Eyman v Inslee (which is also Eyman v Ferguson), we’re also moving full steam ahead on Jim Walsh’s anti-income-tax initiative (I-1408) here in WA state and 7 Election Integrity Initiatives in 7 key swing states.

Right now, I’m only urging you — while I’m fighting to help our state and our nation with my initiative efforts and my lawsuit — to help me fight back against Fascist Fergie by donating to my legal defense fund.
