Read the reports from those who watched yesterday’s hearing – I’m so grateful to those who attended – each of them represented 100’s of thousands of voters.

I’m not an attorney.

So it was nerve-racking waiting for my case to be called.

So much weight, so much responsibility, so much pressure.

But once it began, I turned around and saw that I was backed up by these wonderful people who traveled to Olympia to support this important effort:

And that gave me a lot of strength.

Because I knew that each one of them represented hundreds of thousands of people who voted for our initiatives.

Several of them sent me their report on Friday:

Larry: “I am very proud of you, Tim. You did a great job of summarizing the situation and defending us. You showed great composure, great respect, and everything you said to the judge was hard hitting and right. I think what they did was just another example of the rampant corrupt politics happening in our country.”

Anita: “You were very articulate and honest. You stated facts and I don’t know that anyone could have addressed it better. You could see that the judge did not agree with what took place.”

Jack: “Tim, I was really impressed with you on Friday. You were well prepared and quick to react to the situation. Despite all the pressure you were under, you appeared relaxed, confident, and in control. You make it look easy no doubt because of your years of experience. Well done.”

Myrna Lee: “Tim, I admired your clarity, completeness, and professionalism in court yesterday. Your closing remarks were really powerful. Thank you for fighting for us.”

Joe: “I am nearly 80 years old but felt strongly enough about this to drive over 100 miles to be in court to support your fight. I can only imagine the long hours you must have spent in preparation for “your day in court.” It’s simply outrageous that you were denied the opportunity to present your argument! The voters have a RIGHT to be informed and you are fighting for our rights. For the State Supreme Court to intervene BEFORE Judge Dixon made his determination is tantamount to a childish opponent overturning the chess table before the finish. GOD bless you Tim.”

Todd: “You are amazingly persistent. I don’t know how you do it but thanks for all your efforts.”

I want to thank everyone who supported me over the past several weeks with their heartfelt prayers and moral support.

That really helped.

And I totally agree with what supporter Philip wrote:

“You forced them to expose themselves and you put their corruption on the record! That’s a victory.”

Thank you again for your support.

Despite all the roadblocks thrown in our way, I’m still fighting for our initiatives and for the people’s right to vote.

I’m urging you — while I’m fighting to help our state and our nation — to please donate to my legal defense fund so I can appeal the AG’s ridiculously unconstitutional restrictions on the First Amendment and make sure what he’s doing to me and my family never happens to anyone else ever again.
