Send an email to Bob Ferguson and ask him: “Was Martin Luther King a political committee?” Richard did masterful job showing the absurdity of a person being a political committee.

After the AG was done, Richard said this during his rebuttal:
“Bob Ferguson would have been the ideal Attorney General for Governor George Wallace in the 60’s. Designate Martin Luther King as a continuing political committee and that’d shut him down. And that’s what they’re doing to Tim Eyman.”

You are an elected official so answer my questions.
Copy & paste into the body of it:
Mr. Ferguson, I pay your taxpayer funded salary and benefits ($210,329 in 2022), so I expect responses to my questions. Was Martin Luther King a political committee? As Alabama’s Attorney General, would you have investigated, litigated, and persecuted him for 10 years, draining him of every dollar he ever had? Would you have taken his home? Would you have spent more tax money going after him than all other cases in the last 10 years COMBINED? Would you have targeted his wife and children and relatives? Was Martin Luther King a political committee? Would you have forced him to register with the government? Would you have prohibited him from spending his own money on his family? Would you have forced him to hire a treasurer and report every month his personal living expenses whether related to politics or not? Would you have imposed millions of dollars in fines that he’d never be able to pay? Would you have imposed a lifetime ban on all his future political activity? Mr. Ferguson, you are an elected official so answer my questions.
Feel free to write more if you’d like.
Please … I urge you to please donate to my legal defense fund so I can continue to be defended by Richard Sanders and we can make sure what Bob Ferguson is doing to me and my family never happens to anyone else ever again.
It is because of our success together that Ferguson targeted me:
