The AG screwed up and I’m suing him for it.

The lawsuit was filed yesterday.

Bob Ferguson clearly doesn’t want the voters to learn about or vote on this.

But the law — approved by the voters four times — requires it.

I’m fighting to defend our initiatives, for the people’s right to vote, and to hold the AG accountable for his law-breaking.

Is it any wonder Bob Ferguson is so desperate to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity?
