This Wednesday, the judge will rule on my case. Will my 1st Amendment rights survive? Also, huge free speech victory on Saturday, no arrests, government backed down.

I exercised my First Amendment rights 2 days ago in Olympia — will that be the last time I’m allowed to?

2 days ago, I exercised my First Amendment rights in Olympia — will that be the last time I’m allowed to?

We’ll find out this Wednesday when the judge rules on my case (I’d appreciate it if you’d join me there if you can: Wed, Feb 10, 1-3pm, Thurston County Superior Court, 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW, Olympia).

Unlike all other campaign reporting cases in human history, AG Bob Ferguson is insisting on a lifetime ban on all my future political activity. I talked about it at Saturday’s rally — you can watch it here:

An excerpt: “This Wednesday a judge is gonna make a ruling. 8 1/2 years of my life has been devoted to this non-stop investigation, litigation, persecution against me, my family, my supporters, all the people who have helped me over the years. It’s reaching fruition. And regardless of what that decision is, it’s already a victory. Because I don’t believe the AG ever thought I’d make it. That at some point, you would give up on me or I would give up and break and walk away from it. And I think it’s a combination of masochism, stupidity, stubbornness, and just a belief that if they take me out, who’s gonna be next. … During the trial, the State kept saying they wanted to be reasonable as far as the penalties are concerned. So the penalty they want is a $7.6 million fine — so reasonable, so reasonable, glad they held back — and a lifetime ban on all future political activity — I’m glad they’re being so reasonable and not pushing the envelope too far.”

I’ll definitely let you know what happens on Wednesday.

Thanks to Glen Morgan’s heroic efforts, Saturday’s rally resulted in a huge victory for free speech now and in the future ((details here: https://www.wethegoverned.com/victory-washington-state-backs-down-suspends-free-speech-suppression-policy-at-the-capitol/). I’m grateful to him and to all the great people who attended and defied Inslee’s bullying.

AG Ferguson has spent nearly $2 million in taxpayer money on his political jihad against me — that’s more than all other campaign reporting cases in the past 8 years combined!

With the entire weight and power of the government bearing down on us for 8 1/2 years, we’ve only withstood it thanks to the prayers, friendship, love, and support of thousands of great people who recognized this abuse of power and injustice and wanted to help us fight back.

Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund to kickstart its signature drive:

We’re asking folks to donate to our PAC so we can get paid back. And your donations will also help stop Inslee’s Income Tax and Carbon Tax Schemes.

Keep up the good fight! Together we can stand up against tyranny!

Thanks everyone.

I love you all.
