Tim’s updates are still being blocked. He was in court all day yesterday battling w/ Bully Bob Ferguson where Tim was fighting for the initiative to stop the capital gains income tax. He’s in court tomorrow fighting the AG who is defending Inslee’s abuse of power (Eyman v Inslee is Tim’s lawsuit to stop Inslee’s carbon taxes).

Tim is working really hard and he needs our help with your prayers and your support.

Thank you Dawn for getting this out there for me. I’m still getting blocked from sending out emails — and they won’t explain why (grrr!).

I want everyone to know that I’m working really hard on many different battles — the AG’s persecution of me and my family has only inspired me to work even harder.

Here are some highlights:

* Very focused on making sure the initiative to stop the capital gains income tax is successful. We can’t count on the supreme court to uphold the Freedom Foundation’s successful lawsuit at the lower court level — we need an initiative passed by the people to stop it.

* Having great successes with 7 Election Integrity Initiatives in 7 key swing states to make sure that elections in 2024 and beyond are done right: having valid votes count and invalid votes not. I’m a proud member of an effective team. Here we are in Georgia:

* Suing the Governor. The supreme court ruled against him for abusing his power but he went ahead and did it again last year. My lawsuit stops the costly Low Carbon Fuel Standard and is being heard tomorrow, Fri, April 15, at 9am — hope you can join me there (Thurston County Superior Court in Olympia, 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW, Building 2, Judge Carol Murphy’s courtroom 204).

* My anti-Inslee lawsuit to stop his Corrupt Cap & Trade Cap & Tax) is being heard on June 3rd also in Judge Murphy’s courtroom — stay tuned.

* Great work during legislative session fighting bad bills — we beat back quite a few. Together, we saved Tax Advisory Votes, Odd-Year Initiatives, and stopped Pay-Per-Mile Taxes.

* Doing everything possible to help elect more freedom-loving, liberty-respecting elected officials in 2022 and beyond. Right now, there’s no check on the Democrats’ stranglehold on power. And look what that’s done to Washington. Yuck!

This guy is trying to stop us:

We can’t let him get away with it.

Because our efforts are needs now more than ever.
