Unexpected 2nd Amendment victories this session — the good guys stopped a lot of anti-2A bad bills including Ferguson’s top legislative priority.

It was an all-out assault on 2A rights this session.

And rallies were banned and so was in-person testimony.

That’s what makes these victories so remarkable and unexpected.

This was the session where anti-2A politicians like Ferguson were gonna score big.

But the good guys stopped a lot of bad anti-2A bills.

I was so happy to see this post celebrating these achievements:

I’m proud to have played a small role when I testified against Bob Ferguson’s foolish magazine cap bill — click on the image to watch it:

As I wrote: My run for Governor allowed me to show all the issues I care about, not just taxes. …  “For me, the constitutional right of law-abiding citizens to personally protect themselves is incredibly important. I’ve heard it said that the 2nd Amendment gives teeth to the 1st Amendment. I’m proud to join together with my fellow 2nd Amendment defenders to oppose the gun-grabbers schemes including SB 5078.”

Congratulations to all 2A supporters, activists, and organizations for defeating Ferguson’s top legislative priority.

Is it any wonder the AG is working so hard to impose a lifetime ban on all my future political activity? Literally thousands of you recognized his abuse of power and helped me and my family survive the last 8 1/2 years of investigation / litigation / persecution.

Now I ask you to please donate to my legal defense fund so we can get these ridiculous restrictions on free speech overturned:

Mail-in donation: Tim Eyman Legal Defense Fund, 500 106th Ave NE #709, Bellevue, WA, 98004

Please help me fight back.

In addition, we worked really hard on our $30 Tabs Initiative:

Karen and I sacrificed a lot — we sold off our retirement fund for it:

And now, a message from Sid Maietto and Larry Jensen:

“We’re asking folks to donate to our PAC so Tim can get paid back. And your donations will also help stop Inslee’s Income Tax and Carbon Tax Schemes with our initiatives which we are co-sponsoring with Tim Eyman.”

Donate online by Paypal/Debit/Credit Card here
Or mail a check — made payable to “Permanent Offense” — to: Permanent Offense, PO Box 6151, Olympia, WA, 98507.

Taxpayers need our help now more than ever.

Kindest Regards,
